hello sitti,
if you check the other thread, i have replied to that similar question.
as it stands, i will not change the counting. passing papers in 11 counts has been accomplished by all the classes that i have taught. one of my reasons for the 11-count submision of papers is to prevent cheating, which sometimes happens during a slow submission of papers. as for the other reasons, you can check the other thread.
this is nothing personal. i want to be consistent in implementing this guideline.
in time, you and others will eventually adjust.

Everytime the "11-second rule" is implemented, ALL the grade conscious students get an "11-second Adrenaline Rush".. It won't be long until one of us will get a heart attack.. hehehe.. I'm just kidding..
