one thing i really dont understand about elections

ang daming candidates na tumatakbo pag election time na, yet all of them has only one aim... ang di ko maintindihan is, bakit kailangan natin pumili, at bakit ung ibang partido, sinasabi na mas magaling sila at dapat silang iboto... if all the candidates has a very good purpose, bakit kailangan pa ng elections? pwede naman magtulungan na lang para umunlad...

Can I answer dat? sa tingin ko po ang purpose ng mga elections is for us to pratice our voting rights for future use (very important).. marami kasi ngaun mga taong nagrereklamo tungkol sa mga politician pero hnd nila alam na sila ang nagboto or hindi lng tlga sila nagboto..
pero kng sa school election, sa tingin ko po, it is just a popularity contest.. kung sino ang madami ang kilala, sila ang nananalo.. nalulugi nman ang mga taong may pure intentions upang gawing mas mabuti ang school natin..
kung bakit may competition, ay dahil nga mapractice natin ang ating voting rights.. eh, how can we learn how to vote for the best kung isa lng ang party at hindi tayo makavote.. nakakalimutan lng ng mga ibang studyante ang totoong purpose nito..

haay, lagi na lang nakikipagcompete mga candidates sa huli sila rin naman ang lugi... parang nagpapataasan lang sila ng ihi, sa huli sila rin ang mababasa...

depende lng nman yan sa kandidato.. kung pure ang mga intentions niya at gusto niya tlga maunlad ang community, hindi tlga siya malulugi kc alam niya na may ginawa siyang mabuti dito sa mundo.. lng..

minsan ganun lng tlga ang mga candidato.. sa una, mababait at matapat pro pagtumagal, unti unting nababalot sa sistema ng politika.. pro hnd nman lahat, kaya nga, walang paraan kng pano malaman, kelangan n lng mag-gamble..
